Announcement No. 9/2021 of the Rector of Lodz University of Technology of 28 October 2021 amending Announcement No 8/2021 of the Rector of Lodz University of Technology of 27 October 2021 issued on the basis of Ordinance No. 21/2020 of the Rector of TUL of 9 March 2020 on specific measures related to with the prevention, counteraction and control of the SARS-CoV-2 virus at Lodz University of Technology in connection with Announcement No. 4/2021 of the Rector of TUL of 22 July 2021 and the Announcement No. 5/2021of the Rector of TUL of 10 September 2021
1. In the Announcement No 8/2021 of the Rector of TUL of 27 October 2021 issued on the basis of Ordinance No. 21/2020 of the Rector of TUL of 9 March 2020 on specific measures related to with the prevention, counteraction and control of the SARS-CoV-2 virus at Lodz University of Technology in connection with Announcement No. 4/2021 of the Rector of TUL of 22 July 2021 and the Announcement No. 5/2021 of the Rector of TUL of 10 September 2021 section 3, point 3 shall be replaced by the following:
„3) decide that workers referred to in section 1 who have been placed in quarantine by the public health and sanitary services are unable, during the period referred to in section 2, point 4, to work remotely in a way which is referred to in Article 3 of the Act of 2 March 2020 on special solutions related to preventing, counteracting and combating COVID-19, other infectious diseases and the resulting crisis (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1842, as amended). During this period, employees are entitled to remuneration according to the rules for the payment of sickness benefits.”.
2. The remaining provisions of the Announcement shall remain unchanged.
3. The Announcement enters into force on 28 October 2021.
