Pursuant to Article 23(1) and (2)(2), Article 50 of the Act of 20 July 2018- Law on Higher Education and Science (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85, as amended) in connection with §1 (1)(1) and (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 30 October 2018 on the method of ensuring safe and hygienic working and educational conditions in a higher education institution (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2090) and Article 3 of the Act of 2 March 2020 on special measures related to the prevention, counteraction and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations resulting therefrom (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 374, as amended), I order the following:
§ 1
1. In Ordinance No. 21/2020 of the Rector of Lodz University of Technology of 9 March 2020 regarding specific measures related to prevention, counteraction and combating of COVID-19 at Lodz University of Technology §2 is amended as follows:
1) Section 1shall have the following wording:
„1. Foreign trips and arrivals of students, doctoral students and employees of Lodz University of Technology may take place in accordance with the restrictions imposed by the authorities of the Republic of Poland and the country of destination.”;
2) Section 3 shall be deleted;
3) Section 3 shall be deleted;
2. Other provisions of the ordinance remain unchanged.
§ 2
The Ordinance shall enter into force on 1 July 2020.
