Ladies and gentlemen,
The Ministry of Education and Science has made two adjustments to COVID-19 vaccination.
1. Registration for vaccinations has been restarted for:
1. academic teachers whose primary place of work is Lodz University of Technology;
2. industry specialists who have a currently signed contract for teaching classes;
3. PhD students who will be conducting classes in the summer semester and were reported by heads of units by delivering "Statements of other people conducting classes in a specific field of study" to the Centre for Teaching and Learning of Lodz University of Technology.
2. The group was extended to include people born after January 1, 1952 - i.e. people aged 65-69 who were not currently included in the vaccination program.
3. People born before December 31, 1951 are vaccinated in their age group.
4. Industry specialists who have signed contracts for the summer semester will be reported for vaccination after entering them into the POL-on system. We would like to remind you of the need to send a statement to the TUL's Centre for Teaching and Learning.
5. The necessary condition for applying for vaccination is filling in the Wikamp form.
6. A person who has not yet completed the form, but wishes to vaccinate, is asked to register by March 3, 2021 (Wednesday) at the latest. 10:00 on the Wikamp platform at:

2. for PhD students: https://edu.p.lodz.pl/mod/questionnaire/view.php?id=19492
7. Still are still not available for:
1. administration employees;
2. engineering and technical workers;
3. maintenance workers.
8. When the group of persons eligible for vaccination is extended to include the persons mentioned in point 6, we will send you an appropriate message.
9. Vaccinations are currently underway at the Laser Diagnostics and Therapy Centre. Their rate depends on the number of vaccines delivered.
10. Please be patient. The waiting time for vaccination is due solely to the limited number of vaccines delivered to vaccination centers.
11. People who met the criteria specified by the ministry can check their status at the following link: https://adm.edu.p.lodz.pl/mod/page/view.php?id=5964. If someone receives a message: You are not authorized to use this resource, it means that your application has not been sent to the National Health Fund due to failure to meet the criteria described in points 1 and 2.
12. We follow the announcements of the Ministry of Science and Education and the National Health Fund on an ongoing basis - in the event of significant changes or information, we will notify
about them in a separate message.

Ladies and Gentlemen, our goal is to allow as many people as possible to be vaccinated, but we have no influence on the criteria specified in advance. At the same time, please be patient once again.
