Announcement on the circulation of documents by electronic means, March 26, 2020.

Ladies and Gentlemen, in connection with the situation (epidemic), the Bursary of Lodz University of Technology asks for all documents, including accounting documents, to be forwarded only by e-mail via official mail to the following e-mail addresses:

Project Finance Services: ako@adm.p.lodz.pl

Accounting Services: akp@adm.p.lodz.pl

In exceptional situations, when e-mail contact is not possible, you can send correspondence by internal mail. Then - due to safety rules - paper documents will be quarantined for a minimum of 24 hours, which will extend the time of settling the matter, e.g. sending a transfer.

In a situation where you cannot obtain the signature of the head of the unit or public procurement employee, please attach an e-mail from the company mailbox confirming the consent to the purchase. You should then provide information on the invoice number (letter), company name, date of issue and gross amount.
Paper documents are stored in the organizational unit until the epidemic state ceases.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Cash-desk of Lodz University of Technology will be open in the next 2 weeks on:
03/30/2020, 04/06/2020, 04/06/2020, 04/09/2020 from 10:00 to 12:00.

The cash turnover will only apply to exceptional situations.
