Regarding the prevention of the SARS-Cov-2 virus spread, we would like to inform that from 16.03 to 14.04 this year direct contact between the clients and the Diplomas Section is restricted
It is possible to obtain confirmation of the gained qualification and to obtain the diploma information for the graduate by e-mail (the degree obtained, the course and the date of obtaining it will be entered). You must send an email to the Diploma Section requesting this information with your details, student register number and the faulty.
We can also do this verification for an employer or other institution after the graduate has completed a statement of consent. The employer or the institution sends a request for verification of education by e-mail to: aleksandra.gajda@p.lodz.pl
The cases requiring urgent and justified collection of the diploma will be handled on Tuesdays only from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. In this situation there is no need to collect diplomas after 30 days, diplomas in the Diploma Section will be issued at later dates as they are not archived and will be available for collection.
