Announcement No. 9/2020 of the Rector of Lodz University of Technology of 20 May 2020 issued on the basis of Ordinance No 21/2020 of the Rector of Lodz University of Technology of 9 March 2020 on specific measures related to with the prevention, counteraction and combat of SARS-CoV-2 at Lodz University of Technology
  1.  The obligation to perform work duties by employees at their place of work is reinstated, in accordance with the Work Regulations of the Lodz University of Technology.
  2.  The obligation to perform work duties referred to in point 1 should be preceded by an Occupational Risk Assessment. Supervision over the implementation of this obligation shall be entrusted to a direct superior. Preparation of the Occupational Risk Assessment shall also apply to employees who have hitherto performed work at their workplace.
  3.  Doctoral students and doctoral students studying at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of the Lodz University of Technology shall carry out research in the organisational units indicated to them. Point 2 of the Announcement shall apply accordingly.
  4.  The employee's immediate supervisors are obliged to implement the provisions of the Employee Return Instructions for supervisors and employees are obliged to strictly observe them. The content of the manual is available at http://koronawirus.p.lodz.pl
  5.  All the existing restrictions and regulations contained in the Announcements and information of the Vice-Rector for Education, the Vice-Rector for Students' Affairs and TUL Crisis Management Centre at http://koronawirus.p.lodz.pl concerning the matters of education and TUL Academic Housing Estate continue to apply.
  6.  The Announcement enters into force on 25 May 2020.
